Featuring easy cleaning and minimal material residue, the equipment supports fast formula switching for multi-variety, frequent small-batch customized orders, as well as new product trial production and sample batch debugging. The 1000L and 2000L heavy-duty fixed vacuum emulsifiers serve as the main production units for standardized mass manufacturing, specially designed for bulk production of regular hotel amenity sets and mainstream skincare products. Equipped with high-flow homogenizing system and full-range stirring device, it achieves uniform emulsification in large material volume, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing unit production cost. All emulsification hosts, pretreatment tanks, transmission pipelines and valve fittings are made of 316L mirror polished stainless steel with seamless welding and polished surface treatment, leaving no sanitary dead corners or material residue. The fully enclosed negative-pressure pipeline transportation realizes automatic material delivery without manual barrel transfer, fundamentally preventing dust, impurity and microbial contamination to meet strict export inspection standards for premium hotel amenities. All electric control, temperature control and vacuum systems are professionally wired and installed with complete dustproof, moisture-proof and explosion-proof protection, fully adapting to cleanroom working conditions.
The whole workshop adopts integrated stainless steel cleanroom enclosure structure, equipped with fresh air purification system, explosion-proof clean lighting and anti-slip epoxy clean floor. Functional zones and safety lines are clearly divided.
