This modern cosmetic manufacturing base is strategically located in Bangkok, Thailand. The factory is purpose-built for the standardized production of skincare creams, lotions, gels, ointments and semi-solid personal care formulations, catering to the fast-growing Southeast Asian beauty market.

The production facility adopts GMP-compliant cleanroom design standards. It is equipped with a complete portfolio of sanitary-grade stainless steel vacuum emulsification equipment, forming an integrated production ecosystem covering R&D trial formulation, small-batch pilot production, medium-volume manufacturing and mass-scale commercial production. The facility serves local Thai beauty brands, cross-border skincare enterprises and OEM/ODM clients across Southeast Asia.

Core Production Equipment Configuration

The production line is fitted with a full range of vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers with varying capacities to meet diversified manufacturing demands, divided into two main equipment series:

1. Hydraulic Lifting Type Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier

Models: 50L, 300L The machine features a hydraulic lifting lid structure. The mixing tank can be tilted for convenient material discharging, internal inspection and thorough CIP cleaning. It allows frequent formula changeovers with minimal cross-contamination risk.

• 50L Unit: Primarily allocated for laboratory formulation trials, new product development, sample production and small-batch manufacturing of premium niche skincare items.
• 300L Unit: Designed for medium-batch flexible production of lotions, facial creams and specialty semi-solid products, ideal for factories with multiple SKUs and frequent order adjustments.

2. Platform Fixed-Type Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier

Models: 500L, 1000L, 2000L These large-scale emulsifier systems are installed on integrated steel operating platforms. Each complete set is matched with independent oil phase tanks, water phase pre-mixing tanks, vacuum material transfer pipelines and heating & cooling temperature control units. The highly automated layout supports continuous, stable mass production. Suitable for long-run manufacturing of high-volume products including daily skincare creams, body lotions and professional salon-use formulations, maximizing production efficiency for bulk orders.

General Equipment Specifications

All emulsification equipment is constructed with 316L sanitary stainless steel with mirror-polished internal surfaces. Standard configurations include:
