The entire production line is equipped with our core flagship equipment—hydraulic lifting vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers. To meet the client’s diversified production demands from small-batch trial production to large-scale mass manufacturing, we have supplied a full range of capacity specifications covering 20L, 50L, 100L, 200L, 500L, 1000L and 2000L. All machines are professionally customized for high-viscosity and high-end skincare cosmetic production, featuring stable homogenization effect, vacuum defoaming, precise temperature control and humanized hydraulic lifting operation, fully complying with international GMP production standards.
Different from conventional single equipment supply, we provided one-stop whole-plant turnkey service for this project from the very initial plant construction stage. Our professional engineering team communicated deeply with the client to optimize the workshop layout, and delivered complete and standardized technical documents including detailed workshop layout drawings, pipeline arrangement diagrams, and standardized production process flow charts, helping the client complete scientific and reasonable factory planning and project landing efficiently.
During the project cooperation, the client paid an on-site visit to our factory for comprehensive inspection and audit. At present, all equipment has been fully manufactured, assembled and inspected with zero quality problems. The whole set of equipment is now on standby, waiting for the client’s on-site FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). After the completion of formal acceptance, we will immediately arrange container shipment to deliver the equipment to the client’s factory in Pakistan.
