Utilizing a precision 12-station rotary indexing table, this machine automates the entire packaging cycle—from tube loading, orientation (bench-marking), and filling to sealing, coding, and trimming—at a stable speed of up to 60 tubes per minute.

Designed for versatility, it features interchangeable tooling to handle Plastic (PE), Laminated (ABL/PBL), and Aluminum (Metal) tubes on the same chassis. The plastic tubes utilize advanced Hot Air Sealing technology for a smooth, aesthetic finish, while metal tubes are sealed using a robust Mechanical Folding station (saddle or double fold).

The machine ensures high filling accuracy (≤ ±1%) through a servo-driven or mechanical piston system with bottom-up filling to eliminate air pockets in high-viscosity products.
