RO Water Treatment

Core Definition: RO (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment is a high-efficiency physical membrane separation technology that uses pressure difference as the driving force to separate water molecules from impurities via ultra-fine RO membranes, producing pure/ultra-pure water meeting industrial and commercial quality standards.

Core Working Principle

By applying external pressure higher than the raw water’s osmotic pressure, water molecules pass through the RO membrane’s 0.0001μm micro-pores to the pure water side. Almost all dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, colloids and organic matter are intercepted and discharged with concentrated water, achieving efficient water purification and separation.
