Description
The Automatic 6-Head Serum Mask Filling and Sealing Machine is a high-efficiency, precision-engineered piece of packaging equipment tailored for the cosmetic industry, specifically designed to automate the filling and sealing of serum-infused facial masks. Its 6 independent filling heads enable parallel processing, drastically boosting production throughput while ensuring consistent product quality.
Core Working Process
This machine integrates a full set of automated operations, eliminating manual intervention in key production steps and reducing human error:
Automatic Bag Feeding
Equipped with a prefabricated bag feeding system, compatible with three-side sealed or four-side sealed mask pouches (common in the cosmetic sector).
The feeding mechanism uses suction cups and conveyor belts to separate and transport empty pouches one by one to the positioning station, with a sensor-based alignment function to ensure accurate pouch placement.
Precision Serum Filling
The 6 filling heads operate synchronously, connected to a constant-pressure liquid storage tank and precision metering pumps (piston pumps or magnetic drive pumps are standard configurations).
The filling volume is adjustable (typically ranging from 5–200mL) to accommodate different mask specifications, such as essence-rich sheet masks or concentrated serum masks.
High-precision sensors and encoders monitor the filling amount in real time, ensuring filling accuracy within ±0.2g to ±1% to avoid waste or insufficient serum content.
Sealing & Shaping
After filling, the pouches are conveyed to the sealing station, where heat-sealing technology is used to seal the pouch openings. The sealing temperature (usually 120–200℃) and pressure are adjustable to match different packaging materials (e.g., PE, PET, or composite films).
Optional embossed sealing patterns are available to enhance the product’s visual appeal and anti-counterfeiting properties. Some models also include a trimming function to cut off excess seal edges for a neat finish.
Post-Processing & Discharge
Integrated coding/printing modules can print production dates, batch numbers, and shelf-life information on the sealed pouches.
Fault detection sensors identify under-filled, poorly sealed, or empty pouches and automatically reject defective products.
The finished products are discharged to a collection conveyor belt, ready for subsequent packaging and cartoning.
Applications
· Cosmetic Manufacturers: For the production of sheet masks, serum masks, and facial treatment masks.
· Pharmaceutical & Personal Care Enterprises: For filling and sealing medical-grade facial masks or skincare products with therapeutic ingredients.
· Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs): Providing OEM/ODM mask production services for brands.

Competitive Advantage
· High Efficiency
6-head parallel filling reduces single-product processing time, making it ideal for large-scale mask production lines. The production capacity can reach up to 8,000 pieces per hour, which is 3–5 times higher than single-head or semi-automatic machines.
· GMP Compliance & Hygiene
The contact parts with serum and packaging materials are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets the hygiene requirements of the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Some models support CIP (Clean-in-Place) one-key cleaning to avoid cross-contamination between batches.
· Intelligent Operation & Maintenance
The PLC touchscreen control system allows operators to set parameters such as filling volume, sealing temperature, and speed with one click. Real-time production data (output, qualified rate) is displayed for easy production management.
Fault self-diagnosis function: The machine automatically alarms and stops when abnormalities such as material shortage, pouch jamming, or poor sealing occur, reducing downtime.
· Strong Adaptability
Compatible with various prefabricated pouch types (three-side sealed, four-side sealed) and packaging materials, and can be adjusted to fill different viscosities of liquids (from watery serums to thick essences).
Modular design allows for customized configurations, such as adding nitrogen filling functions to extend product shelf life, or integrating with cartoning machines to form a fully automated production line.
