This four-head vacuum negative-pressure filling machine is specially developed for perfume, floral water, facial mist and other alcohol-based cosmetic liquids. Adopting fixed liquid level vacuum filling principle, it is perfectly matched with perfume glass bottles, and can form a complete perfume production workflow together with the perfume crimping machine.

Description

Working Principle

The machine generates negative pressure inside the bottle by vacuuming. Liquid is sucked into the container under pressure difference. Filling stops automatically once liquid reaches the preset height. Overflow liquid will flow back to the storage tank for recycling. Each filling head works independently, ensuring consistent liquid level in all bottles.
