This desktop pneumatic crimping machine is specially designed for sealing perfume spray pumps on glass bottles, widely adopted in cosmetics, perfume and personal care packaging production.
Description
Working Principle
Key Features
- Fully pneumatic construction, requiring only an air compressor. No electric motor; clean and explosion-proof, suitable for cosmetic production workshops.
- Compact tabletop design with minimal floor space, ideal for lab trials, sample runs and small-batch production.
- Vertically adjustable support stand to fit bottles of varying heights.
- Uniform crimping performance, effectively reducing scratches on aluminium pump sleeves and ensuring premium finished appearance.
- Customizable crimping heads available, covering diameters ranging from 10 mm to 30 mm. Interchangeable moulds support multiple bottle neck specifications.
- Foot pedal control leaves both hands free for bottle placement and positioning for higher operational convenience.
Technical Specifications
- Driving Source: Compressed air (0.6–0.8 MPa)
- Operation Mode: Foot pedal control
- Production Capacity: 10–25 bottles per minute (subject to operator proficiency)
- Automation Level: Semi-automatic
