The Lifting Type Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is a high‑precision, multi‑functional production equipment widely used in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemical industries. It integrates mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, heating, cooling, and vacuum degassing, ideal for producing creams, lotions, ointments, gels, and other viscous products.

1. Structural Design & Lifting System

Adopts a hydraulic lifting system to stably lift the upper mixing unit (agitator, scraper, homogenizer), facilitating easy loading, cleaning, and maintenance. The heavy‑duty steel frame ensures rigidity and durability.

2. Mixing & Agitation System

Equipped with a dual mixing system: a SUS316L scraper agitator to eliminate dead corners and prevent adhesion, plus an anchor/ribbon stirrer for uniform blending of high‑viscosity materials.

3. High‑Shear Homogenizer

A top/bottom‑mounted high‑shear homogenizing head delivers strong shear and turbulence, reducing particle size, dispersing insoluble ingredients, and ensuring stable emulsification. Speed is adjustable via a frequency converter.

4. Vacuum System

Operates under vacuum up to -0.09 MPa to remove air bubbles, enhance product smoothness and stability, and prevent oxidation. Includes a vacuum pump and buffer tank for reliable performance.

5. Material & Hygienic Design

All product‑contact parts are SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel with mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm), meeting GMP standards. A jacketed tank enables heating/cooling, and high‑quality mechanical seals ensure hygienic, leak‑free operation.

6. Control System
