Description

Core Working Process

1. Manual Bottle Loading

Operators manually place empty cosmetic containers (bottles/jars/vials) into the dedicated bottle holders on the rotary turntable. The turntable is equipped with adjustable fixtures to secure containers of different sizes during rotation.

2. Automatic Filling

The rotary turntable conveys containers to the filling station at a constant speed. The pre-set number of filling heads start precise filling according to the stored recipe parameters. The filling volume and speed can be adjusted based on product viscosity (e.g., thin serum or thick cream).

3. Manual Cap Loading

After filling, the turntable moves containers to the cap-loading station. Operators manually place caps onto the bottle mouths. The station is designed with positioning guides to ensure accurate cap placement for subsequent capping operations.

4.Automatic Servo Torque Capping

Operators manually place caps to the capping station. The servo-driven capping module applies a stable, adjustable torque to tighten caps uniformly. This avoids over-tightening (which may damage bottle mouths) or under-tightening (which causes leakage).

5.Automatic Bottle Discharging

The rotary turntable transports the fully filled and sealed products to the discharge station. Finished products are automatically pushed onto the collection conveyor belt, ready for subsequent labeling, cartoning, and packaging processes.
