Description
The Macine Working Principle
- Manual Positioning: Place the empty perfume bottles on the positioning tray manually, adjust the bottle support height to fit different bottle shapes/sizes, and push the tray to the filling station for automatic positioning.
- Quantitative Filling: After starting the equipment, the 4 filling heads descend synchronously, and the high-precision volumetric pump delivers the perfume liquid to each bottle at a constant speed according to the preset filling volume; the built-in anti-foam flow control valve slows down the filling speed at the later stage to avoid foam generation caused by rapid liquid impact.
- Automatic Reset & Discharging: After the filling is completed, the filling heads rise automatically and the anti-drip nozzles seal instantly to prevent liquid leakage and volatilization; pull out the positioning tray manually to take out the filled bottles, completing one filling cycle.
- The equipment supports real-time adjustment of filling parameters, and the 4 filling heads can also work independently for single/batch filling of different specifications, meeting diversified production needs.
