This complete vacuum emulsification unit consists of a 1000L fixed-type main emulsifying tank, an 800L water-phase tank, a 500L oil-phase tank, as well as a full stainless-steel operating platform with stairways and safety guardrails for convenient top-side tank operation, observation and maintenance.

The main emulsifying tank is equipped with dual-motor independently-controlled bidirectional stirring system. The outer agitator adopts wall-scraping ribbon impeller, which continuously scrapes off high-viscosity materials adhered to the tank inner wall to eliminate dead corners. The inner agitator is three-blade impeller that drives material convection inside the tank. The outer ribbon agitator and inner three-blade impeller are driven by separate motors, supporting independent variable-frequency speed regulation.

Instead of built-in bottom homogenizer, this unit is fitted with external-loop multi-layer high-speed shearing homogenizing system.Homogenizer speed is 3000 RPM. Circulating outside the main tank, materials go through repeated high-strength shearing, dispersion and emulsification. It performs excellently for manufacturing various creams and ointments. The average particle size of final finished products can reach less than 5 μm, delivering fine, smooth and stable paste texture.

Both the 800L water-phase tank and 500L oil-phase tank are configured with top-mounted high-speed dispersers. They are applied for heating, dissolving, dispersing and pre-mixing oil-phase and water-phase raw materials in advance. After pretreatment is completed inside auxiliary tanks, materials are sucked into the main emulsifying tank via vacuum negative pressure.

All parts in contact with process materials are made of SS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing, complying with GMP sanitary requirements. The main tank adopts fixed-type structure with bottom discharge outlet, no tank tilting is needed for material discharging. The jacket structure supports heating and cooling function for precise temperature control during production. The whole set is widely applied for mass production of cosmetic creams, lotions and pharmaceutical ointments.

The control system is equipped with Siemens PLC as the core controller, combined with Schneider electrical components for reliable circuit execution. Major process pipelines cover heating, cooling and drainwaste circuits. Pipeline on-off control is realized by pneumatic angle-seat valves, which ensure rapid, stable and sanitary switching of medium flow.

All pneumatic angle-seat valves are installed on heating, cooling and sewage discharge pipelines to automatically switch thermal medium, cooling water and waste drainage under PLC program control, reducing manual operation errors. The whole electric-pneumatic control system features stable performance and convenient maintenance, meeting GMP production management requirements for cosmetic and pharmaceutical workshops.
